Today it reached 120 degrees in Phoenix. I'm thrilled that I missed that blistering heat by only a week. Summer is in full swing in Oklahoma, as well. It is hot and humid, though fortunately not 120. Wildflowers are blooming and allergies are in full force as well.
I busted out my favorite necklace for this shoot. I've had it at least 6 years. I purchased it at my favorite boutique in Flagstaff, Basement Marketplace. It also came in a stunning slate blue colorway. I sincerely wish, all these years later, that I had purchased it in both colors.
My nude heels are also "vintage". I destroyed them during this trek through the wilderness. I purchased them in college at Rack Room Shoes. They always offer a buy one get one half off deal! Score! The link above also contains a promo code for $10 off your $65 purchase!
This blouse is obviously the star of this post. It is from Charming Charlie and it just went clearance! It features cold shoulder cutouts and ruffles and it cut from delicate crinkle chiffon. It is delightfully feminine. I think the floral print suits the flowering Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge very well.
My earrings are old and they are from Charming Charlie as well.
Speaking of clearance and Charming Charlie, Charming Charlie is about to begin their Semi-Annual Sale! The sale starts Thursday and will offer deep discounts on already marked-down products! Subscribe to CC emails or check my Instagram for full details on Thursday! GET STOKED!
